Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026 · 247 Fast Data (247fastdata.com)
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before buying or using our hotspot data service.
1. Introduction and agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 247 Fast Data website, Telegram bot, WhatsApp bot, and related hotspot data voucher services. By accessing our platforms, creating an order, making a payment, or redeeming a voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who we are
247 Fast Data provides prepaid Wi‑Fi hotspot data vouchers for customers in Nigeria.
Email: abdulazeezridwan191@gmail.com
Address: No 17 Lawoyin Street, Idiroko Metaoke Baale Area, Osogbo, Osun State
3. Eligibility
- You must be able to enter a valid binding contract under Nigerian law.
- You must provide accurate contact details (especially email) when buying.
- You are responsible for anyone who uses a voucher purchased on your order.
4. Description of service
We sell digital voucher codes that unlock internet access on our hotspot network according to the selected plan (data volume and/or validity period). After successful payment:
- A voucher is assigned to your order
- The code is shown on the payment success / order pages
- Where email delivery is enabled, a copy may also be sent to your email
Plan names, prices, data allowances, and validity are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
5. Orders, pricing, and payment
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed by Flutterwave (or another payment partner we may use).
- An order is only fulfilled after payment is confirmed as successful.
- Unpaid or abandoned checkouts may expire and release reserved stock.
- You must complete payment within the reservation window shown during checkout.
- We may refuse or cancel an order suspected of fraud, abuse, or pricing error.
6. Vouchers, delivery, and activation
- Vouchers are delivered digitally. Keep your code private.
- To connect: join the hotspot Wi‑Fi, open the login/captive portal, and enter the voucher code.
- Data and time limits start according to the hotspot system rules for that plan (often from first successful login/activation).
- Once delivered, vouchers are generally non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we confirm a verified delivery failure after successful payment.
- If you paid and did not receive a voucher, contact support immediately with your email and payment reference.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
- Successful delivery: after a voucher is shown/sent and usable, refunds are not normally available.
- Duplicate payment / confirmed non-delivery: we will investigate and may refund or re-issue at our discretion.
- Wrong plan selected by customer: changes may not be possible after fulfilment.
- Unfair chargebacks after receiving a working voucher may lead to suspension of future service and recovery action.
8. Network availability and performance
Internet speed, coverage, and uptime depend on radio conditions, congestion, power, and local network equipment. We aim to provide a reliable hotspot experience but do not guarantee continuous or error-free connectivity, or any specific speed at all times.
Plans may sell out. Sold-out plans cannot be purchased until restocked.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activity or to harm others
- Attack, scan, or overload our network or systems
- Resell vouchers or share codes publicly without permission
- Attempt to bypass hotspot authentication or data limits
- Abuse support channels with spam or harassment
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund where misuse is confirmed.
10. Customer support
Support is available through our website form, phone, email, WhatsApp, and Telegram during Daily 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (WAT). Response times may vary.
11. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, logos, and software related to 247 Fast Data remain our property (or our licensors’). You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or data)
- Our total liability for any claim related to a specific paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
- We are not responsible for third-party services (including Flutterwave, Telegram, WhatsApp/Meta, or your device/browser issues)
13. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also acknowledge that policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, plans, or prices at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith support contact; unresolved disputes may be subject to the courts of Nigeria.
